2.2 Account Registration

Each individual may create only one account. f299 reserves the right to close all accounts if multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found. All information provided during account registration must be true, accurate, and complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You must not allow any other person to use your account. Notify our support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

Funds can currently be deposited on f299 using the following payment methods:

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Processing may take longer if identity verification has not been completed or if additional security checks are required.

3.4 Withdrawal Terms

  • Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at f299 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

Example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total Balance ৳2,000
  • Deposit ৳18,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 (maximum limit) → Total Balance ৳26,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus may only be used once and cannot be claimed more than once on the same account.
  • f299 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus promotion without prior notice.
  • Multiple members of the same household cannot claim the same bonus.
  • If misuse of bonus benefits is proven, the relevant account may be closed.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus expires; otherwise the bonus will be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

f299 has a special VIP program for regular players. This program is divided into four tiers, and players can advance to higher tiers through regular participation:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP benefits and cashback terms are subject to change.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on f299 are operated on fair and transparent principles. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes, ensuring impartiality.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game session is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or technical error, f299 uses saved server logs to determine the outcome of that session. f299's decision on this matter is final.

5.3 Betting Limits

5.4 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, bets are settled after official results are published. If a match or event is cancelled or the result remains undecided, the bet amount will be refunded. Odds displayed during a live betting session may change at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

Warning: If evidence of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is found, the account will be permanently closed and the associated deposited funds may be confiscated.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 f299's Rights

f299 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a violation of these Terms.
  • If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  • To complete a security verification.
  • To fulfill a legal obligation.
  • At the request of the account holder.

7.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding withdrawal conditions must be met before the account is closed.

8 Limitation of Liability
